Symptom:
Newly Added Queues are not Visible in the Chat Volume by Queue report after they have been added,

If you log in as PA,  you can see the new Queues,  its only when logging is as a Supervisor,  that this happens.

Conditions:
I could reproduce this issue internally 

Reproduction Steps:
1. Create a supervisor and populate it in EIMWIM. 
2. Now go to reports console using the newly created supervisor and try to create a chat volume by queue report. 
3. User should be able to select already created queues in queue criteria while creating the report. 
4. Now go to UCCE and create a new queue and import that into EIMWIM. 
5. Login as the same supervisor and try to build a new report and newly created queue would not be displayed to select. 
6. Now if you create a new supervisor and populate it in EIMWIM then that user would be able to see the newly added queue selection criteria.
