Description (partial)

Symptom:
Launch Settings app->More->Click on Data usage.User will be taken to WI-FI and Ethernet Data usage cycle.
Try to tap on Data usage of the any applications listed below and  tap View app settings (For Eg:Browser->tap on view app settings) and click back button.Settings app stopped working and displayed message "Settings app isn't responding.Do you want to close it?".(Intermittent issue)
