Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber Windows displays the message"You have blocked this person or their domain. You cannot send messages to blocked users or domains". It also leaves the conversation window open even when the call is finished.

Conditions:
Make a call to the user who's added to 'Block List' via File > Options > Privacy.
