Description (partial)

Symptom:
SPA5x5 SCA Line seizure - phone reboot issue
1. Phone goes off-hook. SUBSCRIBE (line-seize) sent, switch sends NOTIFY with subscription-state:active, expiry=15s
2. Rapidly toggle on/off-hook for 3s. Phone eventually sends a SUBSCRIBEs which is answered with 480 responses.
3. At this point 'NoLine' is shown on screen.
4. Phone UI becomes unresponsive, phone no longer responds to SIP messages, etc. Syslog shows a KERN.ERR message and once again 'request reboot type=4 reason=System 4(8000)'
