Description (partial)

Call comes into button 1 on extension 1.
2nd call comes into button 2 extension 1.
Hit soft key reading "Answer".
First call is held second call is active.
Push transfer key, second call is held,
Enter number to transfer dialog is displaying.
If you let the transfer dialog timeout,
Both calls are showing on hold.
Resume call 1.
Press transfer soft key.
Both calls are no longer on the phone
Callers 1 and 2 are merged together.
