Description (partial)

Symptom:
UCCX writes to historical tables fail with the following seen in the UCCX Engine (MIVR) logs:
%MIVR-HR_MGR-3-EXCEPTION:Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ISAM error: no more extents
Reports using the affected tables will return no data for the timeframe after the start of the problem.

Conditions:
UCCX cluster with 10+ million rows in the largest tables such as ContactCallDetail and AgentStateDetail.  Despite the overall database size being below the purging threshold, the database will be unable to add new rows to the large tables with this error.
