Symptom:
Steps:
1. Sign into jabber.
2. Result: modal window error displayed - Unable to load custom contacts

OR
When signed into jabber, delete contact group which contacts custom contacts.
Exit and sign back in
Result: modal window error displayed - Unable to load custom contacts
