Description (partial)

Symptom:
Incorrect syntax at the output of the AVC Splicer on co-processor board. The Picture Order Count (POC) of the entry point after a splice is not correct.

Conditions:
When Splicing between AVC streams on a co-processor board in AVC mode, where the main feed is frame coded (progressive) while the ad is field or PAFF coded.
