Conditions:
1. system test call-models started
2. after sometime of run demux dpc card migration is done
3. during step2 is in progress npumgr running in demux dpc card is killed and mme-service is restarted through changing the critical parameter "statistics collection mode enodeb"  which results in the following fatal signal and two asserts at same time .
