Description (partial)

Symptom:
Input:
1. The user has successfully logged into the system.
2. The application has been unlocked previously.
3. Add or Select Project.
4. Click on the hyperlink to enter the wizard.
5. Select the values for Infrastructure and click on Save and Next.
6. Save values for Admin, click on Save and Next.
7.  Save values for Equipment, click on Save and Next.
8. In LAN stage, create a MAC pool by entering the number of mac pools and selecting Organizations.
9. Edit the newly added row. Make the 'From' column greater than 'To'.

Expected Output:
1. System should report back error and not allow the row to be saved.

Actual Output:
System accepts From value greater than To.
