Description (partial)
Symptom: 3905 phones do not increase the seconds elapsed counter in DHCP requests. This counter is used to accomplish DHCP failover when primary DHCP server does not ACK the request (being down). Secondary DHCP will not respond until seconds elapsed reach certain preconfigured number. For these two phone models, DHCP failover does not work as counter does not increase. Conditions: Found that the 3905 & 7925 (CSCup79861) phones cannot get an IP address from the secondary server when the primary DHCP server is down.
