Description (partial)

When "destination-host-avp retried-request" is enabled under diameter endpoint has expected behaviour is that destination-host-avp is sent in retried message only.

This function is used to prevent sending destination-host-avp in first message since destination-host-avp is received from DSR/DRA in initial request answer and then used for rest of the session.

However we can see that MME inserts destination-host-avp as diameter peer name (not one received from DSR) in ULR. It is observed to happen every time right after Cancel Location request/answer.

DRA in between MME and HSS
