Description (partial)

Symptom:
Fullscreen, Popout, Self-view are enabled(clickable) during a call

Conditions:
Steps:
1. End user launches web browser and navigates to Sample App home page
2. End user signs in with User A credentials, in Desk Phone mode
3. End user initiates a call through Sample App to another video-capable endpoint
4. Observe Fullscreen, Popout buttons and Self-view windows
