Symptom: OPC overrides the calling number upon 2nd transfer to Queue Conditions: 8.5.3 call flow: 50417786 PSTN >>> ICM 15400 >> Translation route IVR 13634 first agent answers call: 82171 transfer to 15378 ICM RP >> Translation route 13934 second agent answers call: 87167 calling number is showing on CTIOS 82171 instead of 50417786 call manager shows the correct information on the phone.
