Cisco Bug: CSCup77692 - RP Wildcard pattern wont work unless DNWildCardEnabled key set on router

Symptom: HCS guide states to create a 7XXX wildcard pattern for CTI RP - http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/hcs-cc/9_2_1/CHCS_BK_I4A9C004_00_installing-and-configuring-hcs-cc/CHCS_BK_I4A9C004_00_installing-and-configuring-hcs-cc_chapter_0100.html#HCS_TK_TE5E0AE0_00 We have confirmed from the code that the wild card feature is controlled by the router registry key DNWildCardEnabled. This was implemented as a part of the defect CSCti23998. As per the defect, without setting the registry key the routing was happening incorrectly.
