Symptom: Incorrect full form of TCD and HDS in CVP reporting Guide. Conditions: Current note says: Currently the system does not capture the VRU leg of the call; thus if you have a Capture element and multiple Telephony Call Dispatcher (TCD) records are cut, the RouterCallKeySequenceNumber will increment in Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) but will not be captured in the Unified CVP database. This is a known limitation.
