Symptom:
CMX Mobile App Enablement menu option under Connect and Engage shows evenif MSE is NOT setup with connect and engag and if one clicks on it, page just refreshes.  It does not give msg to user that he/she needs to add CAS to connect and engage to be able to integrate Mobile App Server

Conditions:
CMX Mobile App Enablement menu option under Connect and Engage shows evenif CAS is not added to connect and engage
