Description (partial)

Symptom:
Breakout port is stuck in error disabled;

n77-1-f3# sh int e1/1/1
Ethernet1/1/1 is down (Internal-Fail errDisable, pixm: failure)
admin state is up, Dedicated Interface

core files were also seen for pixm;

Conditions:
Interface breakout done in non-default vdc.
' copy r s '  NOT being done on the non-default vdc.
Reload the non-default vdc.
Once VDC comes online. Do the 'interface breakout' on the same interface which was broken in the step1.
