Description (partial)

Symptom:
In General Settings of Unified Communications Self Care Portal we can not change language and password. This could be seen when any other locale is configured other than English in CUCM enterprise parameters.

Conditions:
Problem seen only on General Settings but other tabs (Voicemail/IM & Availability/Downloads) does not report the issue.
