Online Help not updated for View Service Request POD Symptom: Login to the portal as Customer admin Click on the Help option at right top corner Help Content is not loading for View Service Request POD. Conditions: Help Content should load for View Service Request POD when Help Icon is clicked in View Service Request is clicked.
