Description (partial)
Jabber Clone Symptom: "Configured Display (Caller ID)" for incoming call from a phone that is in a different locale from the phone/csf that the jabber 9.7 windows client is associated with does not show in the jabber toast popup, instead the configured "ASCII Display (Caller ID)" is shown. Note: the actual Deskphone that is associated with the Jabber client shows the correct caller ID. It is the toast popup and history of the Jabber windows client that is showing the wrong information. Conditions: When device is in a diferent locale from the phone/csf that the jabber 9.7 windows is associated with.
