Description (partial)

Caller ID on the alerting call is not updated to the calling user ID after an attended transfer.

UserA on-prem calls userB on-prem.
UserB answers the alerting call.
UserA then starts a transfer of the active call to userC connected by edge.
Call is alerting for userC, caller ID on the alerting call for userC is UserA.
UserA the transfers the active call to userC while it's still alerting.
