Description (partial)

Symptom:
NetworkApplication.getElementList() returns the reference to the list which managed internally.
Generally, to modify such an internal resource could cause unexpected behavior.

If you never modify the list which is returned by NetworkApplication.getElementList(),
you may use the list.
However, it will essentially unsafe even if you will only iterate the list, because the list could be changed in the onePK library internally.
