Description (partial)

Symptom:
NetworkApplication.getInstance() is not thread-safe before the instance is created completely.
If you call NetworkApplication.getInstance() from multiple threads before first calling of getInstace() returned a value, multiple instances could be created.

After the first NetworkApplication.getInstance() returned a value,  NetworkApplication.getInstance() will be thread-safe and will return the instance created last.

Development by using onePK Java SDK
