Symptom:
phone cann't make FAC-CMC call

Conditions:
phone load: sip88xx.10-2-2MA-26
    phone want to make a FAC/CMC call, after input the DN which match route pattern, new call window cann't disappear.

   expect result: new call window disappear, and waiting for input fac/cmc code
