Description (partial)

Symptom:One or both supervisors in a Nexus 7000 chassis might reload unexpectedly. Reset reason is shown as 'monitor hap reset'

    Reason: Reset triggered due to HA policy of Reset
    Service: monitor hap reset

Conditions:This might happen only with VLAN addition/deletion,
AND when SPAN is configured,
AND the SPAN source contains a FPC interface.
