Description (partial)

Symptom:
Appendix 2: Setting up Cisco TMSXE without Active Directory connection

TMSXE Behavior when a User exists in TMS already but does not have an e-mail Account configured for it.

This meeting creation / update will fail.

Conditions:
Under the Bullet on page 74:

 - On the Advanced Settings tab, determine whether to enable Allow organizers without Cisco TMS 
username (Non AD-mode only).
 - Enabling this setting makes the organizer the owner of the meeting in Cisco TMS. If a user 
corresponding to the organizer's email address does not exist, Cisco TMS will create it.
 - New Note:
 - If a Organizer already exists as a TMS User without an e-mail configured then creating / updating meetings from TMS will fail.
