Oct 27, 2014
- Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Appendix 2: Setting up Cisco TMSXE without Active Directory connection TMSXE Behavior when a User exists in TMS already but does not have an e-mail Account configured for it. This meeting creation / update will fail. Conditions: Under the Bullet on page 74: - On the Advanced Settings tab, determine whether to enable Allow organizers without Cisco TMS username (Non AD-mode only). - Enabling this setting makes the organizer the owner of the meeting in Cisco TMS. If a user corresponding to the organizer's email address does not exist, Cisco TMS will create it. - New Note: - If a Organizer already exists as a TMS User without an e-mail configured then creating / updating meetings from TMS will fail.
