Description (partial)

Symptom:
Move a finished/past meeting via Outlook to a future date/time.  TMS rejects the meeting with the error "The videoconference resource could not be booked in Cisco TMS.  You cannot book a meeting in the past."  From end user perspective, they are trying to book a meeting in the future, not the past.

Conditions:
Move a finished/past meeting via Outlook to a future date/time (e.g. "re-use" a past meeting).

Problem from TMS side is that the error is misleading, and can be change to display: &quot;You cannot move a finished conference to a future date/time.
