Description (partial)

Symptom:
No way for the user to clear VPN certificate information saved to the device.

Conditions:
If the network is using SCEP, and when remote user connects to VPN via AnyConnect android application, if the unit is used for hot desking the previous users certificate is stored on the device and can be deleted and a new cert reissued.
