Description (partial)

Symptom:
When attempting to create a Call Control Group in Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) AppAdmin, the following error is seen:

"Unable to perform the operation."

Conditions:
This occurs when attempting to create the first Call Control Group after UCCX installation and initial setup.

Cannot Create Call Control Group in UCCX version 11
Hi, We just recently purchased two BE6K server and it was already delivered here and ready for deployment. We have successfully installed the UCCX (HA) and the CUCM as well. We have also successfully integrated the UCCX with the CUCM. Both versions are running the latest version which is version 11.0. However, we cannot add Call Control Group on this UCCX. We have previously done this same setup before on version 10.6 and it is working but for this version 11 we keep encountering the same error. ...
