Description (partial)

Symptom:
It seems that a single ACL can be applied on SNMP community. Customer has hit an issue where they are trying to filter both v4 and v6 traffic for an snmp community but are unable to do so because of this limitation.e.g
#snmp-server community test use-acl ACL-v4
Or
#snmp-server community test use-acl ACL-v6

But only the latter takes effect.
Please test fix on N7K as well
