Description (partial)

Symptom:
When copying a job that is using a job run variable with the job output, the copy of the job is not being assigned its own unique 'Job Out' ID like it did in 5.3.1. This issue is being seen in both 6.1 and 6.2. I was able to recreate the issue in my environments using the following steps.

Conditions:
Copying a job in 6.1 or 6.2 that is using a job output variable; new copied job has the same variable ID as the original.
