Description (partial)

Symptom:
MATE Design configured to use a license server, indicates "License successfully installed", followed immediately by a window indicating "Demonstation Mode" - No license file found. If you have a license file, please select "Install License..." from the File menu to install it.

Conditions:
MATE Design 5.5 on Windows trying to use a license server to get a floating license
