Description (partial)

MAC filter is depleted when more 8 of the same mac filters is configured on front panel gigabit ethernet interface on ISR4451 platform.

When the mac filter is used for HSRP configuration, the user is using the same standby IP address across more than 8 sub-interfaces. VRRP feature is also affected by this DDTS.
