Description (partial)

happens only on output direction when multiple multicast groups congest at one hif port(N2H direction),
issue does not happen for input direction and 30g l2 mcast on a 40g link is not a common use case.

Symptom:
when issue happens traffic is flowing thru but may not follow the rate ratio from the output queuing policy.

Conditions:
when multiple multicast group traffic (30G rate here),  from N2H direction over 40G NIF link,   congest one HIF port.
and output queuing policy applied to this HIF port, either via system qos or via per interface qos policy.

Nexus 6004 upgrade nightmare
I have now had 2 weekends ruined by a botched ISSU upgrade on 2 pairs of nexus 6004.  We are going from 6.0.2.N2.2 to 7.0.5.N!.1 and each time I encountered a bug.  Last week it was an igmp snooping bug.  Turn off igmp snooping and it will be fine.  So this week I did that and no, it wasnt fine.  I hit a new bug regarding sending BPDUs down dual sided VPCs (ouch).  Thank you very much.  Has anyone else had these kinds of problems with ISSU upgrades?  Im have done 15 pairs of 5ks in the last 2 months...the ...
