Description (partial)

The DCNM 6.x Fundamental guide does not provide the correct steps to stop and start a postgres database via the Linux CLI for DCNM 6.2.x users.

The command to stop/start the postgres database (after shutting down the DCNM services) is
$INSTALLDIR/dcm/db/bin/DB {stop | start}
