If you have a service name containing non Latin-5 characters the default acquisition point ID string can have characters that are not present in service name.

When the service name contains non Latin-5 character. By default the acquisition point ID string is initialized with the service name but. The character conversion is not done correctly which can result in seemingly random characters.
