Description (partial)

Symptom:
cHcAlarmCapabilities OID o/p value of CISCO-HC-ALARM-MIB should be binary. When doing snmpwalk/get, it gives Hex-String "C0" as value which is not expected. Expected value should be 0 or 1 as per object description

Conditions:
