Description (partial)

Expected Behavior: When the Tx cable is plugged out from ICL port of satellite, the respective port on host stops receiving laser which in turn will go down and notifies satellite port on Remote fault. As satellite receives a Remote fault it should make the ICL port (from which tx is plugged out) down and at the same time as the ICL is down on host, satellites goes down.

But contrary to above mentioned the satellite port is up when we plug out tx cable.

We see this issue if we unplug tx cable from satellite ICL port when connected to host.
