Description (partial)

Symptom:
After an Reset-Request from any HSS , it was found that Feature-List of that HSS is being applied to other HSS servers by the same diamproxy that received the request. 
The database would be also invalidated for all subscribers that are handled by that diamproxy, which cause Update Location Request to be sent for all these subscribers. This can have impact on HSS (high cpu).

Conditions:
After an Reset-Request from any HSS without User-Id field, all the subscriber database for particular diameter proxy is invalidated. 

After an Reset-Request from any HSS , it was found that Feature-List of that HSS is being applied to other HSS as well.
