Description (partial)

Symptom:
Incoming ringing tone is still coming from the previous(default) device

Conditions:
Steps:
1. End user launches web browser and navigates to Sample App home page
2. End user login in SP mode and connect
3. End user receiving call from another client(device), but no answering
4. Choose another device from Playout Device List
