Description (partial)

Symptom:
port-security crash is seen with issu after upgrading the box running 5.x.x image to 6.2.9.

Conditions:
issue is seen only when an invalid fwwn is configured when box is running 5.x.x images. There is no check for invalid fwwn in 5.x.x image during configuration. With this invalid fwwn configured in box running 5.x.x, after upgrading the box to 6.2.9 using issu option, the invalid fwwn in present in running config. This leads to port-secuirty crash when activating the port-security database.
