Symptom:
SP mode: Sample App can't recover after reopening network connection

Conditions:
Procedure:
	1. End user launches web browser( IE, Firefox or Chrome on Windows 7; IE, Firefox or Chrome on Windows 8.1) and navigates to Sample App home page
	2. End user signs in with User A credentials, in Soft Phone mode
	3. End user initiates a call through Sample App to another video-capable endpoint
	4. During the established video call, end user closes network connection, then reopens it
