Description (partial)
Symptom: Problems with CAD when connecting to RASCAL database. CAD logs: 2014-04-25 11:20:27:612 DEBUG [0xfac] ODBCConnection.cpp[418] ODBCConnection::logODBCMsgs: ODBC Error ([Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot open database "fcrassvr" requested by the login. The login failed., (statement) SQLSTATE=42000). In SQL Server logs one can see failed DB connect errors with Error: 18456, Severity: 14, State: 38 Conditions: By default SQL Server installer derives its collation from Default Language for Non-Unicode Programs setting in Windows Server, so it might mess with SQL Server and then CAD installation in localized environments.
