Description (partial)

When login in Extension Mobility and Visual VoiceMail is selected from the message button, the VVM windows looks freez and not able to enter PIN not change the user.

Per developers the windows it is not in focus, kind of an app it is not responding in windows.

8961 running firmware 9.4.1es13 and earlier releases and using Extension Mobility
