Description (partial)

After LC OIR, on a bundle interface (or bundle sub-interface) with mix of CRS1/3/X interfaces , we see traffic & l3vpn control packets dropped due to reason IPv4 NH Down.

Symptom:
Traffic Drop in PSE due to IPv4 NH Down

Conditions:
Strict uRPF is enabled on a bundle interface (or bundle sub-interface) with mix of CRS1/3/X interfaces and IGP/BGP protocols are enabled on this interface
