Description (partial)
Symptom: When trying to delete or update an instance of a recurrent series in Cisco TMS, Cisco TMS returns a "The specified time zone information is not valid" error, and disallows the update. Conditions: The issue has been seen in Cisco TMS 14.4 and 14.4.1. The instance will be seen as having a different timezone than other instances from the same meeting series.
