Symptom: Three pane view with empty call info is displayed upon accessing the dial key associated with the on-screen keypad. Conditions: Mobile and endpoint is paired. Launch phone app in endpoint. Tap on the mobile name shown in the DN line area Tap on the keyboard and select the dial key associated with it and observe.
