The following information should be found on the Configuration Guide on CCO.

- "Specify-alert-interval" behavior is slightly different between "yes" and "no". When it is set to yes, the event count is reset after a specified interval from the first event. When it is set to no, the event count is reset after 100 seconds from the last event.
