Symptom: Email Security Appliance with AsyncOS 8.0.1 and newer stop importing new reporting data if the Reporting feature was disabled during a restart of the device. Enabling the Feature are not working correct so that no new data get inserted into the Reporting Overview. Conditions: Reporting feature disabled during reboot of the Appliance. Once the Appliance are started up after reboot and the reporting feature get enabled again, no new reporting data show up on the Reporting GUI pages.
